Frappé Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. GENERAL
1.1 This cashback is organized by VDW Bikes BV, under company number 0752.785.128, with registered office at 's Gravenwezelsteenweg 59, 2110 Wijnegem.
1.2 This cashback action runs from January 1, 2024 to February 18, 2024 on Frappé action models that are directly available from authorized Frappé dealers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
1.3 The cashback action is only applicable for Frappé bicycles purchased in the period between January 1, 2024 and February 18, 2024.
1.4 By participating in this cashback, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION
2.1 The cashback is only valid for Frappé e-bikes which are available in the action period at authorized Frappé dealers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
2.2 During the action period from January 1 to 18 February 2024 you will receive, when purchasing an action model Frappé e-bike, a cashback of 100 euros or BASIL Sport Design Double Bag or AXA RLC Plus 140 chain, this under the condition that you register this new Frappé e-bike with us.
2.3 The cashback can be claimed until 18 February 2024. After that your claim will expire.
2.4 To participate in the cashback promotion, you must have purchased and registered an action model Frappé e-bike between January 1, 2024 and February 18, 2024.
2.5 If you purchase multiple bicycles, you can claim the cashback for each action model purchased, if you can present an invoice for each bicycle and meet the action conditions.
2.6 This is a consumer action. Dealers, leasing companies and businesses are excluded from participation.
3. ACTION TERMS
3.1 This promotion is only valid with the purchase of one of the promotion models listed below on Frappé e-bikes (see page 2) available through authorized Frappé dealers in the Netherlands and Belgium during the promotion period. Approved dealers can be consulted at https://www.vdwbikes.be/nl/verkooppunten/frappe-bikes. VDW Bikes cannot be held responsible for changes in the network of authorized dealers.
3.2 VDW Bikes has the right at all times to discontinue the promotion and change the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice and without you being able to make any claims. The cashback action will also be discontinued in the event of any clearance sale, likewise without you being able to derive any claims from this.
3.3 You are obliged to keep your original invoice until the end of the promotion. VDW Bikes is entitled at all times to request your original invoice in order to verify your purchase. This may be done in the event of suspected fraud or purely at random. If you cannot produce this invoice, you will automatically be excluded from participation and will not receive a refund.
3.4 Delivery of the e-bike will only take place by and at an authorized Frappé dealer in Belgium and/or the Netherlands during the promotional period from January 1 to February 18, .
3.5 Bike registration can be done through Frappé's official website: www.frappebikes.com.
3.6 Registration should be done within a maximum of 7 days after purchase of the bike. The applicable date is the invoice date.
3.7 Payment of the cashback action is made via VDW Bikes, if all conditions are met and the registration has been completed correctly.
3.8 Payment will be made within 30 days of your application being approved by VDW Bikes. Approval will follow by e-mail. 3.9 This action is not valid in combination with other Frappé actions.
3.10 VDW Bikes has the right at all times to adjust, limit, extend, discontinue or otherwise change the promotion.
3.11 Minimum age for participation in this promotion is 18. Not yet 18? Then ask your parent or legal representative to complete the registration.

4. PRIVACY
4.1 By participating in this cashback, you agree that VDW Bikes may process your personal data for this purpose. VDW Bikes will always process your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations,including the General Data Protection Regulation.

5. OTHER
5.1 In cases not covered by the above terms and conditions, a binding decision will be taken by VDW Bikes.
5.2 Belgian law shall apply to these terms and conditions. Any disputes shall always be brought before the courts of Antwerp.
